Management:
	Gunnar Reslow, Chairman and Founder Gunnar Reslow co-founded the original incarnation of BIZI, then known as EVI, in 1985 with his son, Brian. Since that time, Gunnar has led BIZI through 18 successive years of growth and profitability. Gunnar remains actively involved in BIZI today, helping to drive company strategy and finance and to maintain partnerships with key strategic business partners. Gunnar's financial leadership and BIZI's prosperity have allowed the company to remain self-funded since its inception. Prior to founding EVI, Gunnar spent 26 years in engineering. The conservative approach of his engineering background, coupled with his business philosophy of selective risk-taking has been the foundation for BIZI's culture and success.

	Brian Reslow, President and Founder Brian co-founded BIZI, then known as EVI, in 1985. During BIZI's 18 years in business, Brian has been responsible for overall business strategy as well as product management, procurement, and product marketing. Today, Brian heads up BIZI's product management and product sourcing teams. Brian's market vision and knowledge of the secondary information technology market have been crafted over his many years in the industry. That knowledge keeps BIZI on the cutting edge of secondary market product trends and sourcing strategies. Prior to co-founding BIZI and EVI, Brian was a professional in the advertising industry in the Boston area for 7 years. Brian's early background was engineering and business at Northeastern University and University of Lowell.

	Veronica Travers, Vice President Finance and Administration Veronica Travers is responsible for managing the company's finance, accounting and administrative functions. Joining BIZI in June 1999 as the company's controller, Veronica brings over 20 years of business experience to the organization, primarily in the areas of human resources, administrative management, finance and accounting. Her early career began in human resources and administration, and after 15 years, she moved into the financial arena as operations/business manager and eventual treasurer of UNC Ventures Inc. After twelve years at UNC, Veronica spent a brief period at Woburn Vending as the company's controller before accepting her position at BIZI International, Inc.
